Our apartment communities can’t always answer the phone if it is after hours and they are closed for the day. We always have one of our property technicians on call for any maintenance emergencies. We think it’s always better to have a live person at the other end of the line instead of an answering service or machine. It’s all part of the great customer service we provide every day.

Priority Service Request covers essential and critical items such as: no electricity (check with JCP&L 800-662-3115); major clogged toilet; no water or hot water throughout the apartment; water flooding into the apartment; no heat (under 50 degrees) or air-conditioning (over 90 degrees); smoke alarms; hot water heaters; refrigerators not working; roof leaking; broken windows or door.
